  • Ibrahima Robert Kamano, Head of Kissidougou local rural radio station :
“the program “The voice of Finda & Alpha” broadcast over partner radio stations is aimed at taking up the challenge of promoting the rights of the child since the parents and the children themselves do no know these rights and these rights have not been applied by the people in power. But, thanks to these broadcasts, the children now know their rights and their parents also now know their duties towards their children”.
  • Mamadi Mansaré, artist/comedian (Kissidougou):

I have been invited several times for the production of the Voice of Finda & Alfa programs. I find this activity useful as it allows children to express themselves, talk about their rights and the respect of these rights. I think this activity contributes greatly to the education of the children as it brings confidence in themselves by freely expressing their views publicly.”
  • Tamba Sosso Leno, Chairman of the Bolodou Rural Development Community:
“The Voice of Finda & Alpha” is a good thing for us. Having the children in the same place to teach them to produce this program allows them to interact better and will lead them to understand their rights. It’s better for the child to sensitize his brother/sister than an outside person. We were all present during the production of the program in our community and all the parents are ready and willing to respect their children’s rights”
  • Bourè Yaradouno, Headmaster, Soumtou primary school (Gueckedou) :
´Here I have 350 pupils including 184 girls, meaning that the percentage of girls in the school is higher then the boys’. I am very happy that people from Soumtou send their girls to school and also because children always talk about their right that is least respected in their community. The topic chosen here is the right to a healthy environment. After the recording, community members went out to clean their village as recommended by their children and this excited neighbouring villages”
  • Lamine Oularé, Assistant DSEE in Bolodou (Gueckedou) :
« We witnessed the recording of the Voice of Finda & Alpha here and later noted the change of comportment of the community members. Children and their parents went about cleaning the water points, the latrines and their compounds. This created good relationship among the children and children from Feindou and Soumtou have now become friends and are now sensitizing their other colleagues on their rights. We sincerely thank NOKIA and pray that they continue to finance this project so that it is expanded to other communities.
